We place a lot of importance on regionality and organic quality. You can taste the surroundings here and we will indulge you with regional delicacies. We have seasonal fruit, sausage and ham from Ziller Valley butchers and cheese specialities from the Ziller Valley. In winter, all our milk products are made from mountain pasture milk and in summer the milk comes fresh from local farmers.
